About this Role
At Serac Group, we don’t just offer a sales job; we run a sales school to fast-track your career in B2B software sales. As a Business Development Representative, you'll start by selling Serac Tech, our cutting-edge outreach automation platform before progressing to sell our other market-leading products.
You'll take ownership of the full sales cycle, from prospecting and cold calling to running sales demos and closing deals while working closely with leadership in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. If you’re ambitious, financially driven, and ready to earn uncapped commission while developing into a top-tier salesperson, this is your opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
🔄 Full 360 Sales Cycle – Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing the deal.
🚀 Lead Generation – Generate new leads using various methods.
🔍 Prospecting – Conduct outbound prospecting to identify and qualify potential business opportunities that align with the company’s product.
📞 Cold Calling – Actively engage in cold calling to initiate conversations with potential clients introducing them to Serac Tech's product.
📊 Sales Pipeline Management – Effectively manage and track your sales pipeline to maximise opportunities and maintain organised records of interactions and follow-ups.
🎥 Sales Demos – Drive qualified leads to book sales demos, effectively demonstrating the value and features of Serac Tech’s product.
💼 Closing Deals – Work towards closing sales, negotiating terms, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the process.
